Flexible Berthing Option

Free Licence Transfer – Should you sell / transfer your vessel during the licence period you may transfer the remainder of the berthing licence to the new owner free of charge.

Free Licence Exchange – Should you wish to relocate your vessel to an alternative berth within Sutton Harbour you may transfer your licence on request subject to berth availability on your preferred marina and payment of any applicable adjustment to berthing fees. Any berthing credit can only be redeemed against future charges and expires within 12 months.

Refund & Licence Termination – If your circumstances change and you wish to end your annual berthing licence before the end of term, one month’s written notice is required. Sutton Harbour Marina will refund any paid berthing fees from the date the vessel leaves Sutton Harbour or the last date of the notice period whichever is the later, providing the marina can fill the berth with a new, consecutive annual berthing licence for an equivalent vessel. Otherwise a termination charge equivalent to three months berthing is applied to any refund of fees.

Refer a Friend Credit

As a Sutton Harbour berth holder you can claim a 10% credit when you introduce a friend to Sutton Harbour Marina and they agree to a 12 month contract. The 10% credit will be based on your friend’s first annual berthing licence only and paid after receipt of the full value of the new contract. There is no limit to introductions but the credit can only be redeemed against future charges on your account and expires after 12 months. The Credit cannot be taken as cash.
