Sutton Harbour Marina's glowing review from berth holders

An online survey of berth holders at Sutton Harbour Marina has revealed very high levels of customer satisfaction across all areas of the marina, which has been described as "the best value on the South Coast".

Of the berth holders who completed the survey, 91 per cent said they would definitely recommend the marina, and the remaining nine per cent said they would probably recommend it.

Sutton Harbour Marina is a full service marina with 262 berths and is owned and operated by the Sutton Harbour Group.

Respondents to the survey were asked to rate the marina in several areas on a scale of one to five, with one being unacceptable and five being excellent, including customer service, cleanliness and condition of the facilities and value for money.

Overall service and overall quality at Sutton Harbour Marina received an average rating of 4.7 out of five, while overall satisfaction and value for money were also all rated between four and five on average.

Customer service was rated highly throughout, with comments made including "Staff excellent in all departments" and "Brilliant place, fantastic staff and lovely boaters".
