On Saturday 20th September we are offering you the chance to learn from nationally acclaimed Chef, restaurateur and writer Mitch Tonks in our Hook & Cook session.

Mitch Tonks, voted Tatler's restaurateur of the year, and labeled by The Independent as "a fishmonger for the 21st Century" is driven by an honest passion to enthuse, cook for and inspire others to enjoy seafood and now he wants to inspire you!

His list of awards and recognitions are incredible; 'Best UK Restaurant, Best Independent Fish & Chip restaurant' Best Fishmonger', 'Best London seafood restaurant', 'Best fish book in the World Gourmand Awards', nominated as Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year and listed as one of the top 100 most influential foodies by Hotel and Caterer!

In this practical and informative session, that includes a light lunch, berth holders will enjoy a talk from fishermen on the basic tackle required to catch fish and a demonstration from Mitch Tonks on how to prepare and cook your catch.

The event will be held on Saturday 20th September at his restaurant Rockfish Plymouth @ Sutton Harbour, adjacent to the National Marine Aquarium.

Berth holders can meet for coffee and croissants on the Jetty at Sutton Harbour Marina from 9.30am and will need to arrive at Rockfish Plymouth @ Sutton Harbour for 10.15am prompt.
